I'm 5'10" and have a 30" inseam. Do you think that it is totally out of the box for me to think that this would fit? Thanks

We haven't made a KM 40 for years. Is it the Airfoil you are looking at? If so, it probably is a 2007 since we didn't produce that model in 2008. It's impossible to tell fit just by inseam and height. 100%, visit a shop that can take all of your body measurements to see what bike fits best.
